Kilmainham Goal

Built in 1796 this prison is a reflection of Irish history through out the last few centuries. It was used during the 1916 rising and is a now a museum to help people understand the struggle for Irish independence.

Malahide Castle

I LOVE this Castle. It was built in 1175 and lived in by generation after generation until 1948. The artwork and artifacts inside this castle are amazing. It was so neat to see what it would have felt like to live inside.

Afterwards we drove to Portmarnock and took in the beautiful ocean view
